Whether you’re searching for furniture, vintage clothing, tools, collectibles, kids’ toys, plants, or unique handmade items, this is Decatur’s biggest one-day garage sale event — all in one convenient, easy-to-access location with plenty of parking.
Bring your cash, bring your friends, and get ready for unbeatable bargains, friendly faces, and that classic community atmosphere. Rain or shine, the solar canopies provide cover so the event goes on!
Food trucks will also be on site.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Registration
- Vendors must register by Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM
- Registered vendors should provide a general list of items being sold
- Vendor item lists will be used for marketing purposes on Decatur Civic Center social media
- Early registration is encouraged

Vendor Fee
$5.00 per vendor space
Includes two parking spaces:
- Side-by-side, or
- Front-to-back
Vendor Arrival
- Vendors should arrive before 9:00 AM
- Decatur Civic Center staff will be onsite beginning at 8:00 AM to assist with vendor space setup and parking assignments
Item Restrictions
The following items may NOT be sold:
- Adult or obscene materials
- Commercial goods, including:
- Wholesale merchandise
- Bulk resale items
- Consignment items
- Regulated or hazardous items, including:
- Alcohol
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Fireworks
- Hazardous chemicals or pesticides
- Unlicensed homemade or prepared food items (unless vendor holds a current permit issued by the Macon County Health Department)
- Animals, pets, or livestock (plants are allowed)
- Recalled or hazardous children’s items, including certain toys, car seats, and baby furniture
- Secondhand clothing or apparel that has not been properly disinfected, as required by law
