Stan Taylor, was born and raised in a small town in central Illinois, Stan Taylor served in the Vietnam War as a First Cavalry Tunnel Rat. After his service, he spent many decades delivering mail for the United States Post Office. During this time he also fathered two children and remained by the side of his beloved wife. As a retiree, he spends most of his time reliving past memories, writing an occasional book, and chatting with old friends.
Marj Graves, joined the Army Nurse Corps during her final year of nursing school in 1967. Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, she dedicated herself fully to the care and support of wounded soldiers. She served as a head nurse on male orthopedic wards at Darnall Army Hospital, Fort Hood, Texas, and then at Ireland Army Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky. While assigned to work with orthopedic patients, Marj witnessed the effects of war first hand.
